SWOT Analysis

Once we have a good understanding of services offered by the firm and its potential client base, we can then conduct a simple SWOT analysis for the firm. This allows us to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for the firm as whole and also individual Departments within the firm. This provides focus and helps with strategic development.
