SWOT ANALYSIS

Once we have a good understanding of each consultant and the workings of the group, we can conduct a simple SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis for the group. This allows us to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for the group. This provides focus and helps with strategic development.
