Horsetiger Directors have all been employed in a number of different management positions across different market sectors and are now applying these skills predominantly in the private healthcare market.

Horsetiger can help with many areas of management which are all important to the running of any business. Whether it is researching the opportunity, forming a group, or interim business management and business planning for the future, Horsetiger can advise and, if required, undertake these tasks in conjunction with your  management team.

Prudent Financial Management is key to the success of any business and yet, with the exception of Ray Stanbridge, we are not accountants. We do, however, understand management accounts and make strategic decisions based on the information contained within them.

However ,what we are most comfortable with is Sales and Business Development.

It  is second nature to us where we see all marketing activity as a revenue generating tool rather than an ivory tower indulgence.

We can advise on best practice for employment of support staff and good practice management and IT communication systems systems to manage patient and accounting information. 

Finally, the patient journey from start to finish and movement of information needs to be underpinned by robust (and accredited) business processes. Horsetiger has e-health partners who can bring additional expertise in this area.
